DAY 1 -OSLO – HEGGENES (210 KM)
Easy start: Enjoy the Luxuries of HerangtunetThe drive time from Oslo to Herangunet Boutique Hotel in Heggenes is approximately 3 hours, but it's worth slowing down to sample local products along the way. Arriving in the early afternoon, you’ll have time to make the most of this warm, intimate forest hideaway. Relax with a local beer by the campfire, unwind in the wooden sauna, and enjoy the comforts of your individually designed room.
DAY 2 - HEGGENES – BØVERDALEN (145 KM)
Scenic Route Valdresflye – A Local Food El Dorado Regardless of where you stop on the 50 km Scenic Route Valdresflye, you will not get far before it starts to feel like a proper expedition. The wide open landscape needs little human intervention, and the rest areas and artworks blend into the background and draw your attention to individual features. Next you will be taken into the Jotunheimen mountain area, legendary home of trolls. Stop in the National Park village of Lom to see the impressive Stave Church and try freshly baked cinnamon rolls at Norway's most charming bakery. DAY 3 - GALDHØPIGGEN & MIMIS BRUNNR
Climb Climb Northern Europe’s highest peak or step into a climate tunnel inside a glacier
Whether you want to get to the top of Norway, or do a deep dive into the glacier, your journey starts from Juvashytta Cabin; a 30 minute drive Up the mountains from Røisheim.
To Galdhøpiggen: You will hike in a small group for approximately one hour before reaching the Styggebreen glacier. Before crossing the glacier, you will be provided with safety equipment and ropes, and can safely enjoy the views to Norway's highest peak as you get closer, and on the top you will be able to enjoy remarkable view of Jotunheimen National Park if the weather is clear. The hike is about 15 km in total and usually takes 6-7 hours.
To Climate Park 2469: Follow a guide through a tunnel 60 meters into 6000-year-old ice. Learn about climate history, hunting and gathering, geology and biology on a trip designed to broaden your knowledge.
DAY 4 - MOUNTAIN – FJORD (125 KM)
Scenic Route Sognefjellet There are few stretches of road that provide such a dramatic and overpowering natural backdrop as the Scenic Route Sognefjellet. When reaching Sognefjellet, you will quickly find yourself in totally secluded wilderness overlooking glaciers and the iconic Hurrungane mountains.
As your journey continues to Solvorn, you will descend into fjords where the clear water changes colour from green to blue, in harmony with the light and weather. Walaker Hotel, in the small fruit-growing village of Solvorn, is the oldest family-run hotel in Norway, with more than 370 years of history. DAY 5 - A DAY IN IDYLLIC SOLVORN
...spent whichever way you wish Solvorn is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Stroll around the little fjord village. Catch the passenger ferry across the fjord to Urnes to see the oldest stave chruch in the world built 1130. The majestic Urnes stave church has been on UNESCO's World Heritage List since 1979. Guided hikes, glacier walks and helicopter fjord sightseeing is also available.
DAY 6 - SOLVORN – VOSS (150 KM)
Orchards, Urnes Stave Church and Fjord Fiesta Stop by in Undredal, a village famous for its brown cheese, and take in the spectacular UNESCO fjord landscape near the Aurland and Nærøyfjord. Continue on the breathtaking Scenic Route Aurlandsfjellet across the mountains, and – if you wish – take the looping detour through the world's longest car tunnel, just for fun. Voss is know as the adventure capital of Norway, and the towns passionate villagers (referred to as 'Vossingar') can introduce you to all sorts of fun. Fly like a bird in the indoor wind tunnel, and try the beer from the local Voss brewery known for their kveik yeast brewing traditions.

DAY 7 - VOSS – BERGEN (105 KM)
Morning Mountain Walk. Arrival in Bergen Store Ringheim Gård is a great place to view traditional Norwegian architecture and folky rose painting, enjoy homemade mountain food and relax in a peaceful setting. Take a walk in the peaceful surroundings before travelling the last stretch of the journey to Bergen.
Return to Oslo on The Bergen railway, on a domestic plane, take an international flight from Bergen Airport, or spend an extra day or two in town – there's plenty to see and do.
